Bilbao

Yesterday I returned from Bilbao. I went there to take care of my brother who had hurt himself playing basketball. On Thursday he called home and said he was at the hospital since Tuesday. My mum and I took Friday's first flight. But in the end it was not that serious, so we decided that one nurse was more than enough.

Gimnasio

He entrenado 2 horas seguidas, de 10 a 12, y casi me da algo.

This morning I signed up for the gym. Yes, this time it's true, it's paid. I trained for two hours, from 10 to 12, and I nearly died. In one of the machines I've started to get dizzy. I've looked at myself in the mirror and I was completely pale. It's normal, my body is not used to so much effort. It was only a moment but my friend Lara has not stopped looking at me with concern and the coach has not stopped asking if I was okay. What a mess! I would have preferred to pass unnoticed at least the first day ...
